Annual General Meeting North Beach Soccer Club

The NBSC Annual General Meeting will be held at 7 PM on Monday, November 18, 2024,
at the NBSC clubrooms.

In accordance with club rules, the Secretary is inviting nominations from all members for
election to the NBSC committee.

Members wishing to stand for election must notify the Secretary either before or during the
meeting. Each member may nominate for one specific position as an office holder or as an
ordinary committee member.

Committee Structure:
The NBSC committee consists of:
(a) the office holders of the club; and
(b) at least one ordinary committee member.

The committee will determine the maximum number of ordinary committee members.
Office holders of the club consist of:
▪ President
▪ Vice President of Juniors
▪ Vice President of Senior Men
▪ Vice President of Senior Women
▪ Secretary
▪ Treasurer
▪ Registrar

The current committee also supports the following non-office holder positions to be
maintained post-AGM:
▪ Club Liaison Officer
▪ Communications and Sponsorship Manager
▪ Bar Manager
▪ Functions and Events Coordinator
▪ Canteen Manager
▪ Masters Coordinator
▪ Junior Coordinator
▪ Boys Mini-Roos Coordinator (Years 10, 11, 12)
▪ Girls Mini-Roos Coordinator (Years 10, 11, 12)
▪ Mini-Roos Coordinator (Years 8, 9)
▪ Hub Coordinator (Years 6-7)
▪ 2 x General Committee Members
▪ Property Manager/Kit Manager

Hand-over documents and role descriptions are available for all positions.

The current committee is particularly seeking nominations for the following position:

Property / Kit Manager

Members are encouraged to consider nominating for an ordinary committee member position,
which can serve as a pathway to key roles or provide support to existing roles.
